EfficiencyOne is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to select multiple highly skilled and qualified Service Organizations, as licensed by Natural Resources Canada, to deliver the Efficiency Nova Scotia Home Energy Assessment Program, throughout the province of Nova Scotia. 

The Efficiency Nova Scotia Home Energy Assessment service (HEA) provides expertise and recommendations to participants interested in improving the energy efficiency of an existing home in Nova Scotia. EfficiencyOne is therefore looking for Service Providers having the following qualifications/experience:

  • Licensed as a Service Organization with Natural Resources Canada capable of issuing EnerGuide for Existing Homes (EGEH) labels under version 15 of Natural Resources Canada’s (NRCan) EnerGuide Rating System. or will be by June 30, 2023.
